60th Commission for Social Development
From 7 to 16 February 2022, the Commission for Social Development will hold its sixtieth session under the priority theme "Inclusive and sustainable post-COVID-19 recovery for sustainable livelihoods, well-being and dignity for all: eradicating poverty and hunger in all its forms and dimensions for achieving the 2030 Agenda".

With the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) less than 10 years away, it is vital to end poverty and hunger and ensure food security for the most vulnerable.

The Commission will hold a Ministerial Forum to engage participants in discussions on strengthening multilateralism for the well-being and dignity of all by addressing food insecurity and poverty. Senior officials of the UN system will interact with the Commission and stakeholders from the government. ANO "International Alliance for Strategic Projects BRICS" will take part in the 60th session to discuss and further participate in solving the main issues.

The aim of the Commission is to bring about change that will lead to positive changes in people's lives through the implementation of national strategies for inclusive and sustainable development that promote the well-being and dignity of all.
